AG valuations for tangible and intangible assets etc
Agriland 2000 provided AG valuation services on many types of tangible assets but intangible ones as well like AG brands, know how etc and also on farms as a whole entity (collection of tangible and intangible assets).
Thanks to its own method of evaluation, Agriland 2000 supplied more than 100 valuations in Romania in the last 8 years.
The AGRIBUSINESS method of evaluation well structured and adapted to Romanian business environment is based on technical criteria but more so on the business facilities exposed or with potential such as the agribusiness infrastructure facilities, human resources, local industry etc.
From buildings to equipments and ag vehicles, arable lands, warehouses and siloes to farms as a whole entity or even the entire AG holding (which may include farming, livestock, food processing etc) all these may be evaluated down to a new vision of market value assessment.
